This work started as a survey of 38 research libraries and has grown into a peer learning community. Three virtual workshops in 2026 brought together more than 80 participants from nearly as many institutions. Everything below is open, and a Winter 2026 CNI session is now taking shape.

- Emerging technology governance, including AI tools and system sprawl
